We design our products through AutoCAD and we use wire electrical discharge machine to produce our extrusion dies, which are made in iron or Tungsten steel.Regarding the QC tests, we use Weberster and Rockwell hardness test machining to measure hardness, and use 2D & 3D vision measuring machines, vernier caliper to measure the size and dimensions. Lastly, we use spectroscope to ensure the percentage of every types of metal of our Aluminium alloys and Aluminium profiles. With several highly strict QC methoeds, Winta is able to provide the highest quality products and follow the SGS guidelines.
